Welcome to Our Colour Services
All new colour clients must schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation. During this session, we will discuss all your colour options and conduct a patch test. Following the consultation, you can either book your desired service or conveniently Book Online.
Booking, Cancellation, and Deposits
To secure your colour appointment, a 25% deposit will be required at the time of booking, whether online or in-salon.
We kindly request a minimum notice of 48 hours for any amendments or cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in 50%(minus your deposit) of the service being taken.Â
In the event of a no-show or a cancellation without prior notice, the full service charge will be processed automatically via Phorest Pay. Please note, we will not provide notification for this charge. All outstanding payments must be settled in full before a new appointment can be scheduled.

Please be aware that we do not issue refunds until we have had the opportunity to address any concerns that are brought to our attention within 72 hours of your appointment.
Additionally, we do not permit downgrading of appointments on the day of service for any reason.
